2021 System Integrator of the Year Supporting Materials Form

Important: The process for entering this program has changed. There are two forms companies must now submit: a nomination form and a supporting materials form. The form in front of your now is the supporting materials form, through which we ask you to provide details to encourage your company in this program.
 
Supporting materials submission deadline: Friday, Sept. 18, 2020 at 5 p.m. CT  

In order to be considered for the System Integrator of the Year program, your company must have a complete, valid listing within the Global System Integrator Database, and the nomination form and following supporting materials form must be completed truthfully and accurately.

The deadline for this form will not be extended. You may NOT email or mail materials; all submissions must be made using the following online submission form. If you are having difficulty uploading materials, please contact us well before Sept. 18, 2020. We will not be able to help you at 4:59 p.m. CT on Sept. 18, 2020.
